Refund policy

• Window: Exchange accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Conditions:

  • Unused/unworn items in original packaging.

  • No returns for custom-made/clearance items.

• Process:

  1. Email us at info@lababashop.com for authorization.

  2. Ship back at your cost (we recommend tracking).

• Exchange/Refund: Exchange or Issued refund to original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Exception: Full refund if item is defective/damaged (include photo proof).
